Commercial Broker Boot Camp

Are you ready to take that next step to commercial insurance? Or, do you have brokers on your staff who are? IBABC has partnered with MRD Training & Consulting to provide brokerages with an effective and affordable solution to train brokers on the ins and outs of commercial insurance.

Commercial Broker Boot Camp is a fully online, asynchronous program consisting of five core modules plus an additional elective chosen at registration. Once you complete all six elements, you will receive a certificate of completion.

Fees & Registration

Course fees are only $550 per student, which includes all five mandatory modules plus the one elective required for the IBABC Commercial Boot Camp certificate of completion. Additional, optional electives may be taken for $50 each.

All prices are subject to applicable taxes. Please note that taxes will automatically recalculate upon checkout according to your province of residence selected in the drop-down menu.

Discounts are available for multiple registrations within a single brokerage, as follows:

  • 5 – 15 students: 10% off
  • 16– 25 students: 15% off
  • More than 25 students: Contact us directly for pricing

Format & Delivery

Designed to work around you, once registered for this on-demand program, students have access to all selected modules for 12 consecutive months. Modules can be started and stopped anytime at designated intervals. Students’ progress may be saved and then resumed when they log back into the portal. All you need is a computer with reliable internet access.

MRD Training & Consulting’s engaging learning format leverages videos, interactive assignments, quizzes and case studies to ensure students have a demonstrated understanding of the content in order to complete the course.

Course Modules

Each module consists of up to four hours of content for a total of 24 hours. Modules may be completed in less or more time, depending on the student.

B.C. broker are eligible to receive four CE credits per module.
