We are seeking an experienced leader for our Agency in our Victoria Drive agency.

Responsibilities:

  • Coach and Manage staff to meet agency goals
  • Sell and service of Insurance Products
  • Prospecting for new clients
  • Complete front line risk assessment and follow underwriting guidelines
  • Ensure compliance and ethical behavior are adhered to in the agency

Qualifications

  • Level 2 General License
  • Two Years of leadership experience in an Insurance Environment
  • Skilled in Communication, Organization and Interpersonal skills
  • Proficient with technology including Microsoft Office
  • Successful Candidate is subject to a Criminal Records and Consumer History background check as a condition of employment
