Exciting position for an Insurance Office Manager at Our David Avenue Office in Coquitlam, BC. We are looking for an experienced Insurance Office Manager with a Level One and Level Two insurance license. At Johnston Meier, you’ll make the most of your education, skills, and experience while having the opportunity to grow and develop within your profession and your career.

Responsibilities

  • Lead team in promoting ales and helping them with sales skills and to meet their goals
  • Scheduling work hours for office team members
  • Payroll submission
  • Manage a book of business

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required

  • Level 1 and level 2 insurance license
  • At least two years insurance office management experience
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Coaching abilities
  • Very Good understanding of the Insurance business
  • Strong relationship management skills to apply to underwriters, customers, and team members
  • Experienced in auto and personal lines.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong customer service skills
