The Branch Manager runs the day to day operations of the insurance branch to ensure the delivery of quality services to customers in the community. Leads, directs and supervises a team of licensed insurance representatives, brokers, and/or specialists to ensure the effective utilization of human resources, and to promote motivation and professionalism within the team. Capitalize on opportunities to increase market share in the local area, contribute to the company’s overall marketing plan and growth objectives through local advertising and awareness campaigns. Collaborates with the managements team to tackle strategic objectives that leverage their personal strengths and passions.
The ideal candidate will possess a combination of skills, ability, education, experience, and motivation. Additional training is available and consideration will be given to candidates that display equivalent competencies:
- Level 3 General Insurance License or ability to obtain
- Experience in an insurance environment
- Leadership experience
