Looking for insurance representative/agent for full time position - with at least 2 years experience for our Kingsway branch in Vancouver.

What we are looking for:

• Able to do both personal lines and auto plan insurance
• Full time position - ability to work on weekends
• Maintain client relationships and book of business via phone and email and in person
• Handle payments, renewal reminders, quotations and complete a variety of different auto plan transactions
• Provide excellent customer service to our clients
• Bi-lingual is not a requirement but an asset
• Good verbal and written communication skills - for communication with clients, underwriters and team members

Requirements:

• Level two insurance general license or level one willing to acquire level 2 designation
• Highschool graduate
• Previous insurance experience - minimum 2 years (has knowledge of the programs, field and/or portals)
• Ability to work as a team
• Strong customer service skills - ability to communicate efficiently and effectively with our clients
• Willingness to learn new skills and programs
• Ability to build authentic client relationships - maintain relations
• Time management skills, organized work ethic and ability to multi task
