Location: 8111 Main Street, Osoyoos, BC

Job Summary

 Responsibilities

• Provide Motor Vehicle Insurance quotes and recommendations to clients
• Process Autoplan and optional coverage insurance policies and renewals
• Provide excellent customer service
• Keep detailed notes on our Computer System at all times (Paperless Environment)

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required

• Level 1 insurance license
• At least six-months office experience
• Strong communication skills
• Strong organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Flexible in job duties and/or hours as necessary
• ICBC Autoplan and Company Portal knowledge is an asset
• Computer skills including Word & Excel
