Develops and executes tactical initiatives to ensure KIS clients receive knowledgeable and professional service from the organization-wide sales force by: 

  • developing and implementing learning programs to enhance technical knowledge and sales skills including assessing learning needs, selecting the learning approach that best meets those needs such as external online and classroom course offerings, designing customized learning content, coordinating the execution of learning programs and providing direct instruction and demonstrations to learning audiences; 
  • evaluating effectiveness of existing learning programs through employee and management feedback, and enhancing content and approach to meet or exceed learning experiences and outcomes;
  • initiating, designing and disseminating organization-wide communication processes to inform, engage and motivate all KIS employees and to keep abreast of evolving insurance industry trends, corporate initiatives and product and service updates;
  • Leads and manages the Central Processing Unit to ensure efficient and timely insurance renewals, the effective deployment and motivation of CPU people resources and to promote engagement and professionalism.
