Job Summary

We are currently recruiting for a full time Agriculture Processor to work in our Kelowna Hardy location. The role requires someone with excellent organizational and customer service skills with a good working knowledge of EPIC.  The processor role is responsible for providing support to Agri Client Advisors by processing documents, checking current policies, preparing renewal letters, renewal terms, and maintaining accounts receivable as well as supporting a renewal book of business. This role is ideal for someone interested in developing into the position of Agriculture Agent. 

Qualifications and Soft Skill Requirements:

  • The ability to obtain a Level 1 General Insurance License within 3 months of hire date
  • Experience with EPIC, InsureView and Microsoft office including outlook, excel and word
  • Creates an environment where everyone wants to do their best
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team with high client service goals
  • Ability to maximize efficiencies by leveraging technology, tools resources and information
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
  • Strong attention to detail is a must
  • High sense of urgency and strong organization/multi-tasking skills
  • Understanding of various insurance providers and Equine products
  • Willingness to contribute regularly during team meetings
  • Advocates for changes and additions to service plans that increase value for clients
