The Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll play a key role in providing exceptional front-line customer service for Personal Lines and Autoplan policies. You’ll focus on retaining and developing client accounts, quoting, and placing new business. You will be required to work out of our Surrey office.

What You’ll Do

  • Process new and renewal Personal Lines business
  • Handle ICBC transactions, including closing batches and managing POS machines
  • Service Travel insurance clients
  • Processing and servicing Travel Insurance clients
  • Cross-sell and upsell insurance products to existing clients
  • Manage phone inquiries as needed
  • Assist with administrative tasks and projects as required

About you

  • Customer-oriented, passionate about helping others
  • Hold a Level 1 BC Insurance License (Level 2 preferred)
  • Minimum one year experience in Auto (ICBC) and 6 months in Personal Lines
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Advanced computer skills (MS Office Suite, CRMS)
  • Willing to grow and develop within a fast-paced environment
  • High degree of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent organization and time-management skills
  • Team player with a positive attitude
