CSR Commercial Lines

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative in our Commercial Lines Division.  

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Level 2 General Insurance Licence
  • Minimum 3 years of insurance experience and 1 year Commercial Lines
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in English; Mandarin/Cantonese an asset
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Applied Rating Service, Insurer portals
  • Good technical insurance knowledge of coverages
  • Excellent attention to detail to ensure accuracy
  • Team player with strong work ethic

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide oustanding service and recommend products to clients
  • Respond and process new business and endorsements
  • Manage renewals by reviewing and remarket as needed
  • Review and ensure accuracy of policy documentation from Insurers
  • Maintain accurate records and digital documents for all transactions
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and support for producers
  • Prioritize duties effectively and proactively
  • Perform other related duties and responsibilities as a CSR
