We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative in our Commercial Lines Division.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Level 2 General Insurance Licence
- Minimum 3 years of insurance experience and 1 year Commercial Lines
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in English; Mandarin/Cantonese an asset
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Applied Rating Service, Insurer portals
- Good technical insurance knowledge of coverages
- Excellent attention to detail to ensure accuracy
- Team player with strong work ethic
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide oustanding service and recommend products to clients
- Respond and process new business and endorsements
- Manage renewals by reviewing and remarket as needed
- Review and ensure accuracy of policy documentation from Insurers
- Maintain accurate records and digital documents for all transactions
- Collaborate effectively with team members and support for producers
- Prioritize duties effectively and proactively
- Perform other related duties and responsibilities as a CSR
