We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative in our Commercial Lines Division. Initially, this will be a junior role in Commercial Lines as this role will straddle both Personal and Commercial Lines and will ultimately transition fully to Commercial Lines. Extensive experience required in Personal Lines and exposure in Commercial Lines.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Level 2 General Insurance Licence
- Minimum 3 years of insurance experience and 1 year Commercial Lines
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in English; Mandarin/Cantonese an asset
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Applied Rating Service, Insurer portals
- Good technical insurance knowledge of coverages
- Excellent attention to detail to ensure accuracy
- Team player with strong work ethic
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide oustanding service and recommend products to clients
- Respond and process new business and endorsements
- Manage renewals by reviewing and remarket as needed
- Review and ensure accuracy of policy documentation from Insurers
- Maintain accurate records and digital documents for all transactions
- Collaborate effectively with team members and support for producers
- Prioritize duties effectively and proactively
- Perform other related duties and responsibilities as a CSR
