Autoplan Field Operations Manager ( ICBC ROAD)

We are seeking a knowledgeable and motivated Autoplan Field Operations Manager to oversee our mobile insurance services and dealership partnerships. This role involves managing road agents, ensuring ICBC compliance, and delivering exceptional client service across all field operations. Strong leadership, organizational skills, and a deep understanding of Autoplan and ICBC requirements are essential.

What We’re Looking For:
• A Level 2 General Insurance License (required)
• Proven experience as an Autoplan Road Agent 
• Strong knowledge of ICBC policies, systems, and compliance requirements
•  A solid understanding of replacement cost, vehicle coverages, and risk assessment
• Existing relationships with automotive dealerships (an asset)
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
• A valid BC driver’s license and reliable vehicle (vehicle allowance provided)
