Customer Service Representative (Temporary Full-Time Position for 6-9 months)

We are an Insurance Broker in Richmond and looking for a strong motivated individual to join us:

  • Min. requirement: Insurance Broker Level 1 license
  • Basic knowledge of computer is required (e.g. MS Office: Word/excel) and typing.
  • Ability in verbal and email communication in English
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to multi-tasking (including but not limited to serving high volume of call in and walk in clients)
  • Applicant is required to be available working on weekends (either Sat or Sun)
  • Applicant will be provided on-site training on ICBC transaction, Personal/Commercial Lines business
  • Knowledge of additional languages is considered an asset: Cantonese and/or Mandarin
  • We are currently looking for a Temporary Full-Time staff for 6 to 9 months but may consider to switch to a permanent full-time position; or to refer staff to another branches under our InsureBC Group. 

Salary: Starting from $40,000 to $45,000 + Commission (negotiable, based on the experience)
