We are an Insurance Broker in Richmond and looking for a strong motivated individual to join us:
Job Duties: Primarily support the Commercial Lines team. Additionally, provide assistance to walk-in clients with Autoplan transactions, Travel Insurance, simple residential policy renewals, and other general insurance services as needed.
- Min. requirement: Insurance Broker Level 1 license.
- Basic knowledge of computer is required (e.g. MS Office: Word/excel) and typing.
- Ability in verbal and email communication in English.
- Knowledge of additional languages is considered an asset: Cantonese and/or Mandarin.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to multi-tasking (including but not limited to serving high volume of call in and walk in clients).
- Applicant is required to be available working on Saturday.
- Applicant will be provided on-site training on ICBC transaction, Travel Insurance, Personal/Commercial Lines Insurance etc.
Salary: Starting from $40,000 to $50,000 + Commission (negotiable, based on the experience)
