Branch Manager (Okanagan)

The Role:

We’re seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Branch Manager to lead our dynamic team in the Okanagan. Located in the heart of wine country, our office offers a beautiful work environment and a strong sense of community. The successful candidate will be tasked with supervision of staff and overseeing all aspects branch operations including, of Personal Lines, Commercial Lines, and Autoplan services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Producers with client needs
  • Day-to-Day Management of staff including:
  • Oversee staff scheduling, training, and mentorship
  • Ensure compliance with procedures and regulatory requirements
  • Lead conflict resolution and problem-solving
  • Serve walk-in Autoplan & Personal Lines clients
  • Manager renewal lists (daily/weekly/monthly)
  • Handle new business generation
  • Ongoing reporting of Autoplan and Personal lines business
  • Maintain and grow a book of business across Personal and Commercial Lines

Qualifications:

  • Level 2 BC insurance License (required)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Personal LInes
  • Minimum 3 years of Autoplan experience
  • Experience in Commercial Lines and staff management
  • Prior management experience considered an asset
  • Positive, team-oriented mindset and strong communication skills
  • Proficient in PowerBroker and other digital tools
  • Familiarity with computer, MS Office Suite, and office equipment
