The scenario? Smaller agency with strong P&C, but untapped Auto. The neighborhood has a strong Asian population, so Mandarin and/or Cantonese is a major advantage to service the existing clientele, but not a deal breaker. Some experience with Commercial is also an asset. The current staff are young and have potential, so a place for you to mold and coach as you see fit.
