Duties include but not limited to:
- Generate renewal reminder
- Process payment
- Process ICBC transaction
- Assist producers and clients inquires
- Other duties as assign
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 years experience
- Insurance Broker Level 1 license
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to multi-task
- Knowledge of Applied system is an asset
- Proficient with MS Office
- Second language is an asset
