We are a community-based insurance brokerage located in the heart of Fort Langley. We know our clients by name and take pride in being part of the community. We're seeking an experienced Account Manager to support personal lines, ICBC walk-in clients, and day-to-day office needs.
Duties
- Serve walk-in traffic and process ICBC Autoplan
- Manage habitational personal lines (home, tenant, condo)
- Handle renewals, endorsements, and new business
- Assist with office tasks like direct bill reconciliation
Qualifications
- 2+ years in the insurance industry
- BC Level 1 or 2 General Insurance License (Level 2 preferred)
- Experience with Power Broker is an asset
- Familiar with Microsoft Office
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfort with automation
