Position: Branch Manager

Location: North Vancouver

Overview:

Are you a seasoned professional in the insurance industry? Central Agencies Ltd. is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead our team with expertise and passion. In this role, you will play a crucial part in achieving and establishing sales targets, fostering employee engagement, and ensuring client retention.

Responsibilities:

  • Leadership: Build, foster, and inspire your team through effective coaching and mentoring.
  • Strategic Management: Deliver results by developing and executing business, budget, and sales strategies.
  • Corporate Advocacy: Champion, communicate, and implement corporate initiatives, policies, and procedures.
  • Performance Management: Establish individual performance and development plans for the staff.
  • Sales Growth: Identify sales growth opportunities and enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Risk Management: Ensure risk management practices align with corporate standards for operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • General Insurance Level 2/3 License required, with Autoplan, PL & CL experience.
  • CIP or CAIB designation preferred.
  • Supervisory experience leading teams to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Proven track record in a dynamic, sales-driven environment.
  • Experience in recruitment, staff development, and performance management.
  • Involvement in industry-related associations and community engagement.
  • Professional communication etiquette, both written and verbal.
  • Passionate about helping people, self-driven, and determined to succeed.
  • Computer skills, including working knowledge of Applied with Word & Excel.

Position Details:

  • Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours/week.
  • Location: North Vancouver.
  • Salary Range: $75,000 - $95,000, depending on experience
