Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Insurance Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while assisting clients in selecting the right insurance products to meet their needs. This role requires strong sales skills, effective communication, and the ability to analyze client requirements. Bilingual or multilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply, as they will enhance our ability to serve diverse clientele base.
Duties :
- Assist customers with their autoplan and personal lines insurance needs
- Process policy changes, renewals, cancellations, and payments
- Provide quotes, explain policy coverage and benefit, and make recommendations based on the customer's unique situation
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
- Help clients with taking information regarding insurance claims to forward to the insurance companies.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transaction
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance overall performance.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in Personal lines with basic experience in autoplan.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong attention to detail, ability to multitask, and problem solve.
- Ability to analyze client needs and provide tailored insurance solutions.
- Proficient in using broker management software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
