CA$55,000 – CA$95,000 per year (base + commission/incentives depending on experience and performance)

About the Role

We’re seeking a full-time Personal Lines Insurance Advisor to join our growing team. In this client-facing role, you’ll help individuals and families find the right insurance solutions, manage policies, and build lasting relationships.

This position is perfect for someone who is sales-driven, customer-focused, and passionate about professional growth.

? What You’ll Do

  • Advise clients on home, condo, tenant, auto, and travel insurance policies
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to convert leads into long-term clients
  • Provide personalized quotes and coverage options tailored to client needs
  • Review existing policies for accuracy, recommending updates or enhancements
  • Deliver exceptional service for client inquiries, billing, and claims
  • Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with industry regulations
  • Collaborate with teammates to create a positive and high-performance branch culture

What We’re Looking For

  • BC General Insurance Level 2 License (required)
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in Personal Lines Insurance
  • Strong knowledge of insurance products and markets
  • Excellent sales, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and professional
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and brokerage management systems
  • Bonus: Professional designations such as CAIB, CIP, FCIP, or CRM
