Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Cranbrook, BC. The Regional Manager will manage the Cranbrook branch and oversee branch managers in Kimberley, Invermere and Crawford Bay. Some travel throughout the region is required.
Responsibilities include overseeing the operation and growth of four insurance branches, creating and implementing plans to increase profitability, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements. Additionally, leads and coaches assigned branch managers by providing guidance and support.
Qualifications
- Candidates must hold a Level 3 General Insurance license or the ability to obtain
- Business Administration diploma, CIP or CAIB designation preferred
- At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in the insurance industry.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and mentor staff.
- Exceptional organizational and planning abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Familiarity with insurance regulations and compliance requirements.
- Experience in developing and implementing strategies to increase revenue and grow the client base.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $74,215.00-$92,769.00 per year
