Location: Leaders Insurance in Port Moody
Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM | Saturday, 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
About the Role
Leaders Insurance is looking for a full time employee that is motivated and customer-focused to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, has strong communication skills, and is eager to build a rewarding career in the insurance industry.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with their insurance needs and provide excellent customer service
- Processing autoplan renewals and batching documentation
- Process policy renewals, endorsements, and new applications
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation
- Support senior agents and contribute to team goals
- Communicate effectively with clients via phone, email, and in-person
Qualifications
- Level 1 General Insurance certificate
- Experience in insurance or customer service is an asset, but not required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
- Proficient with basic computer skills and office software
