The Opportunity
InsureBC has an exciting position available in our North and West Vancouver offices for a Licensed Autoplan Advisor. This is a full-time position and you will be required to work in the office. Your primary focus is to provide front-line customer service of Autoplan policies and take responsibility for the retention and account development of existing clients, quote, and place new business as required.
InsureBC is seeking a full-time, experienced, and licensed Autoplan Advisor to join our team. This is an site position where you will serve as the first point of contact for clients, delivering exceptional customer service for Autoplan policies. Key responsibilities include managing client retention, developing existing accounts, quoting, and placing a new business as required.
If you hold a Level 1 insurance License, and have at least six months of Auto insurance and office experience, we'd like to hear from you!
Responsibilities Include – but are not limited to:
- Provide excellent front-line customer service to clients
- Manage client retention and grow existing accounts
- Provide optional coverage quotes
- Maintain accurate and detailed notes on our computer system at all times
- Follow company procedures and guidelines
- Adhere to Insurance Council guidelines
About You:
- Minimum Level 1 General Insurance Salesperson License
- Minimum six months Insurance office experience
- Completion of ICBC "Autoplan Basics for Brokers" Program
- Good understanding and ability to navigate in ICBC Broker Connect and Policy Center
- Excellent communication skills to apply to underwriters, customers, and team members
- Proficiency in English (oral and written)
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks effectively and efficiently
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong customer service and organizational skills
- Familiarity with ICBC Batching is an asset
