We’re seeking a motivated and eager individual to join our team as a Personal Lines Broker Trainee.
Through hands-on training and mentorship, you’ll gain the skills to analyze client needs, provide expert advice, and manage a wide range of personal insurance products including: home, condo, tenant, recreational vehicles, boats, and specialty coverages.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving concerns related to ICBC, auto, travel, home, and other policies.
- Quote, issue, and renew personal insurance policies while managing a portfolio of clients.
- Assist clients with ICBC and personal insurance transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance sales strategies and improve service quality.
- Negotiate terms with underwriters and clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.

- Previous ICBC Autoplan experience preferred.
- (Exceptional candidates with a Level 1 General Insurance License, but no previous insurance experience, may also be considered.)
