Drivesure Insurance Services is an innovative private vehicle insurance administrator offering vehicle insurance products in B.C. and Alberta. Our products are sold and managed by our insurance office partners and broker networks, who are supported by our internal teams.
Our company continues to significantly grow every year and we are looking for a energetic and organized individual to fill a Program Representative role to support our broker partners and clients.

This role will consist mainly of the following job duties:
- Answering emails, phone calls, and live chats from our clients and broker partners related to our vehicle replacement insurance products and coverages.
- Supporting broker partners with policy issuance and policy management (i.e. transaction troubleshooting, midterm changes, error corrections, and policy cancellations).
- Managing and resolving outstanding financed policy payments with our clients, brokers, and finance providers.
The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:
- Level 1 General Insurance License.
- Customer service experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong multi-tasking and time management skills.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office programs (such as, Outlook, Word, and Excel)
