About the Position
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Auto Insurance Advisor to join our team in North Vancouver. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the auto insurance industry, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to effectively communicate and advise clients on their insurance needs.
Responsibilities
· Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on auto insurance policies, coverage options, and benefits.
· Assess clients' insurance needs and recommend suitable coverage plans.
· Process insurance applications, renewals, and claims efficiently and accurately.
· Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and products.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-ups.
· Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional customer service.
· Meet sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the team.
Qualifications
· Licensed Insurance Advisor in British Columbia.
· Minimum of 2 years of experience in auto insurance or a related field.
· Strong knowledge of auto insurance products, policies, and regulations.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
· Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
· Proficient in using insurance software and Microsoft Office Suite.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Knowing personal lines would be an asset.
