The Role

We are seeking a full-time Autoplan Agent with a strong focus on ICBC Autoplan and batching.  This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, organized, and confident handling high-volume transactions amd end-of-day-balancing procedures.

You will play a key role in delivering exceptional front line customer service for Autoplan polices, and possibly some Personal Lines.

Compensation will be based on licensing, skills, and experience.

What You’ll Do

  • Process new and renewal ICBC Atutoplan policies
  • Handle ICBC transactions, including batching, daily balancing, and managing POS machines
  • Cross-sell and upsell insurance products to existing clients
  • Conduct assessments and recommend appropriate coverage solutions
  • Maintain professional ongoing client relationships
  • Communicate with Underwriters and Adjusters regarding guidelines and policy matters
  • Prepare documentation for insurers, complete applications for clients, issue policies
  • Manage inbound phone inquiries ad provide professional insurance advice
  • Assist with administrative tasks and projects as required

About You:

  • Hold a BC Level 1 insurance license
  • Minimum 2 years ICBC Autoplan experience, Personal Lines is an asset
  • Great command of the English language (both written and spoken)
  • Strong batching experience with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent customer service and organizational skills
  • Proficient in MS Office tools and able to quickly learn and work with operating systems
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities successfully
  • Able to work independently or as part of a team
  • PowerBroker or TAM experience considered an asset
  • Comfortable working Tuesday - Saturday
