The Opportunity
We are currently seeking a Level 1 Licensed Insurance Advisor with experience in ICBC Autoplan and Personal Lines to join our downtown Vancouver branch. This is a part-time, on-site position.
Our office is open six days per week, and Saturday shifts will be required.

What You’ll Do
- Provide Autoplan services, including new policies, renewals, transfers, and policy changes
- Service and manage Personal Lines accounts (home, tenant, condo, travel, etc.)
- Deliver exceptional client service and build strong customer relationships
- Review clients’ coverage needs and provide appropriate insurance solutions
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Support team members and contribute to overall branch performance and goals
What You Bring
- Level 1 General Insurance License (BC)
- Minimum 1 year of ICBC experience
- Experience servicing Personal Lines policies
- Proficiency with computer systems and office tools
- Strong English skills (verbal and written)
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational ability
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
