Schedule: Tuesday to Saturday (Full-Time - 10am to 6pm)
Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Level 2 Insurance Agent to join our team at Active Insurance. This is a full-time position ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about providing exceptional client service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert advice and service on Auto and personal lines insurance products
- Handle Autoplan (ICBC) transactions & procedures, including new policies, renewals, batching, policy changes & ordering
- Assess client needs and recommend appropriate coverage solutions
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation
- Support team members and contribute to a positive, productive workplace
- Stay up to date with industry regulations and product knowledge
Qualifications:
- Level 2 Insurance License in British Columbia (required)
- Minimum of 2 to 5 years’ experience in home & personal lines
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Professional, reliable, and client-focused
- Strong drive to learn, quickly grasp new concepts, and adapt efficiently in a fast-paced environment
