About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Insurance Agent (Level 1) to join our team in Aldergrove, BC. This is a full-time position ideal for someone who is passionate about helping clients protect their assets and providing exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with personal insurance needs, including auto, home, and travel coverage
  • Provide accurate quotes and explain policy options clearly
  • Process new policies, renewals, and endorsements
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent service
  • Support walk-in, phone, and email inquiries in a professional manner
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company guidelines

Qualifications:

  • Level 1 Insurance License required
  • Previous customer service or insurance experience is an asset
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in English required; Spanish or Filipino language skills are a strong asset
