About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Insurance Agent (Level 1) to join our team in Aldergrove, BC. This is a full-time position ideal for someone who is passionate about helping clients protect their assets and providing exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with personal insurance needs, including auto, home, and travel coverage
- Provide accurate quotes and explain policy options clearly
- Process new policies, renewals, and endorsements
- Maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent service
- Support walk-in, phone, and email inquiries in a professional manner
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company guidelines
Qualifications:
- Level 1 Insurance License required
- Previous customer service or insurance experience is an asset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in English required; Spanish or Filipino language skills are a strong asset
