Role Overview:
We are looking for a hands-on Insurance Branch Manager to oversee the daily operations of a small office. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of leadership, client service, and sales, and is comfortable wearing multiple hats in a close-knit team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day office operations, including sales and customer service
- Supervise a small team of insurance advisors and administrative staff
- Actively participate in sales, client consultations, and policy servicing
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local clients and businesses
- Handle customer inquiries, renewals, and claims support
- Ensure compliance with company policies and insurance regulations
- Maintain accurate records and oversee basic office administration
- Support marketing efforts and local community outreach
Qualifications:
- Candidates must hold a Level 2 General Insurance License.
- At least 2 years of Commercial Lines experience and 5 years of Auto and Personal Lines Insurance experience.
- Previous supervisory or team lead experience preferred
- Proven leadership or management experience
- Strong sales and business development skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of insurance products, regulations, and industry trends
