Branch Manager

Role Overview:
We are looking for a hands-on Insurance Branch Manager to oversee the daily operations of a small office. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of leadership, client service, and sales, and is comfortable wearing multiple hats in a close-knit team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day office operations, including sales and customer service
  • Supervise a small team of insurance advisors and administrative staff
  • Actively participate in sales, client consultations, and policy servicing
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local clients and businesses
  • Handle customer inquiries, renewals, and claims support
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and insurance regulations
  • Maintain accurate records and oversee basic office administration
  • Support marketing efforts and local community outreach

Qualifications:

  • Candidates must hold a Level 2 General Insurance License.
  • At least 2 years of Commercial Lines experience and 5 years of Auto and Personal Lines Insurance experience.
  • Previous supervisory or team lead experience preferred
  • Proven leadership or management experience
  • Strong sales and business development skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Knowledge of insurance products, regulations, and industry trends
