Allied Insurance Services Inc. is looking for an experienced Autoplan Agent to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling ICBC Autoplan transactions and providing excellent customer service in a professional office environment.
Responsibilities
- Process ICBC Autoplan transactions
- Handle renewals, transfers, cancellations, and policy changes
- Assist customers with insurance inquiries and coverage options
- Maintain accurate documentation and client records
- Deliver professional and friendly customer service
- Support daily office operations as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum Level 1 General Insurance Licence (required)
- Minimum 1 year of Autoplan experience
- Experience with ICBC transactions
- Personal lines insurance experience would be an asset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Reliable, organized, and customer-focused
