Allied Insurance Services Inc. is seeking an experienced and customer-focused Personal Lines & Autoplan Agent to join our team. The successful candidate will handle both ICBC Autoplan transactions and personal lines insurance services while providing professional and friendly customer support.
Responsibilities
- Process ICBC Autoplan transactions including renewals, transfers, cancellations, and policy changes
- Provide service for personal insurance products including home, tenant, condo, and travel insurance
- Process new policies, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations
- Review client insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation
- Deliver excellent customer service and build strong client relationships
- Support daily office operations as needed
Qualifications
- Level 2 General Insurance Licence (required)
- Minimum 1 year of Autoplan and 2 years of personal lines insurance experience required
- Experience with ICBC transactions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Customer-focused with attention to detail
- Experience with broker management systems is an asset
