CSR Personal Lines

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative in our Personal Lines Division.  Candidates who may not meet the minimum qualifications but possess relevant skills and a strong desire to learn, may be considered.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Level 1 General Insurance Licence
  • Minimum 1 year of insurance experience (preferred not required)
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in English; Mandarin/Cantonese an asset
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook; EPIC and Applied Rating Services, ICBC and other Insurers' portals an asset
  • Good technical insurance knowledge of coverages
  • Excellent attention to detail to ensure accuracy
  • Team player with strong work ethic

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide outstanding service and recommend products to clients
  • Respond and process new business and endorsements
  • Manage renewals by reviewing and remarket as needed
  • Review and ensure accuracy of policy documentation from Insurers
  • Maintain accurate records and digital documents for all transactions
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and support for producers
  • Prioritize duties effectively and proactively
  • Provide backup support for processing ICBC transactions and related duties, as needed
  • Perfrom other related duties and responsibilities as a CSR
