We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative in our Personal Lines Division. Candidates who may not meet the minimum qualifications but possess relevant skills and a strong desire to learn, may be considered.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Level 1 General Insurance Licence
- Minimum 1 year of insurance experience (preferred not required)
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in English; Mandarin/Cantonese an asset
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook; EPIC and Applied Rating Services, ICBC and other Insurers' portals an asset
- Good technical insurance knowledge of coverages
- Excellent attention to detail to ensure accuracy
- Team player with strong work ethic
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide outstanding service and recommend products to clients
- Respond and process new business and endorsements
- Manage renewals by reviewing and remarket as needed
- Review and ensure accuracy of policy documentation from Insurers
- Maintain accurate records and digital documents for all transactions
- Collaborate effectively with team members and support for producers
- Prioritize duties effectively and proactively
- Provide backup support for processing ICBC transactions and related duties, as needed
- Perfrom other related duties and responsibilities as a CSR
