Position Overview:
We are seeking a Level 1 Licensed Insurance Advisor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will work directly with clients to assess their insurance needs, provide tailored recommendations, and ensure their policies offer the right coverage at competitive rates. Key Responsibilities:

Advise clients on personal insurance products

Review, analyze, and recommend coverage options to meet client needs

Process new applications, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations

Provide professional, timely service by phone, email, and in-person

Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies

Maintain accurate client records in our management system

Collaborate with team members to achieve sales and service goals
Qualifications:

Level 1 General Insurance License (mandatory)

Minimum 6 months experience in personal lines

Strong knowledge of insurance products and industry regulations

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships

Proficient in Microsoft Office and insurance management systems (e.g., Applied)

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
