The Opportunity
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Insurance Account Executive with a Level 2 General Insurance License to join our growing team in the Greater Vancouver area. This is an excellent opportunity for a self-starter who thrives in a flexible, entrepreneurial environment and is passionate about building strong client relationships. Occasional house accounts may be assigned based on the need of the brokerage. Additionally, book ownership can be made available for select candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business through networking and referrals
- Develop and maintain a strong client portfolio across all insurance lines
- Provide exceptional customer service and ongoing account support
- Meet and exceed sales targets and organizational goals
- Stay current with industry trends, products, and regulatory requirements
Qualifications
- Valid Level 2 Insurance license
- Flexible work schedule and environment
- Ongoing training, mentorship, and professional development
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
