Compensation: CA$55,000–$95,000 per year, plus commission opportunities

AMC Insurance Brokers is hiring a dedicated Personal Lines Insurance Advisor (Mandarin Speaking) to join our growing team at the Eagleridge office in Coquitlam. This role is ideal for a licensed insurance professional who possesses strong product knowledge, a client-first approach, and the ability to serve our diverse community fluently in both English and Mandarin.

As a Personal Lines Insurance Advisor, you will help clients understand their coverage options, recommend suitable insurance solutions, and build long-term relationships based on trust and service.

Key Responsibilities - In this role, you will:

• Provide expert service: Offer personalized personal lines insurance options and accurate quotes to our clients.
• Language proficiency: Effectively communicate complex coverage details, policy changes, and advice to Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Manage accounts: Review existing policies, recommend coverage improvements, and handle inquiries related to billing, renewals, and endorsements.
• Advocate for clients: Act as a trusted advisor, comparing options across multiple insurance providers to ensure the best fit for the client's needs.
• Maintain standards: Keep accurate client records and ensure all documentation meets our high standards of professionalism and accuracy.
• Collaborate: Work closely with the Eagleridge team to support branch goals and operational success.

Required Qualifications - To be considered for this role, you must have:

• Fluency in English and Mandarin (verbal and written).
• Level 1 or Level 2 British Columbia General Insurance License.
• Minimum 2 years of Personal Lines Insurance experience.
• Strong knowledge of personal insurance products and coverage options.
• Proven client relationship and communication skills.
• High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to work in-person at our Eagleridge location.
