We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Level 2 Licensed Insurance Advisor to join our growing team.
In this role, you will work directly with clients to assess their insurance needs, provide tailored coverage recommendations, and ensure their policies offer the protection they require. Key Responsibilities
- Advise clients on ICBC and personal lines insurance products.
- Review, analyze, and recommend appropriate coverage options based on client needs.
- Process new business, renewals, policy endorsements, and cancellations.
- Provide professional and timely service by phone, email, and in person.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company procedures, and underwriting requirements.
- Maintain accurate client records within the Power Broker management system.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales and service objectives.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell and enhance client coverage where appropriate.
Qualifications
- Level 2 General Insurance License required.
- Applicants with a Level 1 General Insurance License (CAIB 1) will be considered if they are committed to obtaining their Level 2 License.
- Minimum 6 months of experience in ICBC Autoplan.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain positive client relationships.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and insurance management systems.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
