We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable insurance agent with a strong background in autoplan and personal lines. The ideal candidate will be required to provide information to clients questions on home, Auto and the team.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with their autoplan and personal lines insurance needs
- Provide quotes, explain policy coverage and benefits, and make recommendations based on the customer's unique situation
- Explain coverages to client with claims questions.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in autoplan with experience in personal lines
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong attention to detail, ability to multitask, and problem solve.
- Proficient in using broker management software, ICBC autoplan program, and MS Office
- Able to lead and be a resource person for the team.
