The licensed Customer Service Representative will serve walk-in Autoplan, in the Maple Ridge Office.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assist walk-in and returning clients with ICBC Autoplan transactions
- Provide accurate quotes and explain coverage options clearly
- Help clients choose insurance solutions that fit their needs
- Process renewals, changes, and related auto insurance transactions
- Use ICBC PolicyCenter and internal systems to complete client requests
- Deliver friendly, professional, and efficient customer service
- Build positive client relationships through clear communication and follow-up
- Work with your team to support smooth daily branch operations
- Stay informed on ICBC updates, policy changes, and industry practices
Required Qualifications
The ideal candidate is customer-focused, detail-oriented, and eager to grow within the insurance industry.
You should have:
- Level 1 BC General Insurance License required
- Minimum 1 year of ICBC Autoplan experience
- Working knowledge of ICBC PolicyCenter
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy & Ability to work well in a team environment
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
