InsureLine Brokers (Alder) is hiring an ICBC Autoplan Agent to serve clients in person and by phone. You will process Autoplan transactions, offer optional coverage and be a friendly, knowledgeable face for the brokerage.

What you will do
- Process Autoplan transactions: new policies, renewals, transfers and cancellations.
- Provide ICBC Autoplan and optional coverage quotes.
- Serve walk-in and call-in clients with friendly, accurate service.
- Keep client records organised and confidential.
- Follow ICBC rules, licensing requirements and company policy.
- Introduce clients to our other insurance services where it helps them.
What you bring
- A valid BC Level 1 General Insurance licence (Autoplan).
- Autoplan or customer service experience. Experience with all Autoplan transactions is an asset.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Organised, detail-focused and reliable.
- Comfortable with computers and new systems.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Some flexibility with duties and hours.
