AMC Insurance is hiring full-time Insurance Advisors for our offices across the Lower Mainland. Most of your day will be ICBC Autoplan: renewals, new plates, transfers and changes. You'll also help clients with home and tenant coverage as you grow.
If you just got your Level 1 licence, this is a good place to start. We'll train you on ICBC PolicyCenter and pair you with experienced advisors in your branch.

What you'll do
- Help walk-in and phone clients with ICBC Autoplan renewals, plates, transfers, changes and cancellations
- Explain coverage options in plain language and give accurate quotes
- Process transactions in ICBC PolicyCenter and our office systems
- Keep client files accurate and complete
- Follow up with clients and work with your team to keep the branch running smoothly
What you need
- Level 1 BC General Insurance Licence
- 6 months of ICBC Autoplan experience is preferred. New licence holders are welcome to apply
- Good customer service skills and clear spoken and written English
- Careful with details, even on a busy day
- Able to work in person at one of our offices
Nice to have
- Plans to get your Level 2 licence
- Retail or customer service experience
- A second language such as Punjabi, Hindi, Mandarin, Cantonese, Korean, Vietnamese or Farsi. Many of our clients prefer to be served in their own language
What we offer
- $40,000 to $55,000 per year, based on experience
