Looking for a full-time insurance role close to home in New Westminster? AMC Insurance is hiring an Auto Insurance Advisor. You will be the friendly face clients see when they renew their car insurance, register a new vehicle or change their policy.
New Level 1 licence holders are welcome. We will train you on ICBC PolicyCenter and you will learn alongside experienced advisors.
A typical day
- Help walk-in and phone clients with Autoplan renewals, new plates, transfers and policy changes
- Explain coverage options in plain language and give accurate quotes
- Process transactions in ICBC PolicyCenter and our office systems
- Keep client files accurate and complete
What you need
- Level 1 BC General Insurance Licence
- Autoplan experience is an asset, not required
- Personal lines experience (home, tenant, condo) is a strong asset
- Good customer service and clear English
- A second language is a plus
