Have your Level 1 licence and want steady, people-focused work in South Vancouver? Our W 57th Ave branch needs an Auto Insurance Advisor to help local drivers renew, insure new vehicles and update their policies.
New Level 1 licence holders are welcome. We will train you on ICBC PolicyCenter and you will work beside experienced advisors.
A typical day
- Help walk-in and phone clients with Autoplan renewals, new plates, transfers and changes
- Explain coverage options in plain language and give accurate quotes
- Process transactions in ICBC PolicyCenter and our office systems
- Keep client files accurate and follow up when needed
What you need
- Level 1 BC General Insurance Licence
- Autoplan experience is an asset, not required
- Friendly customer service and clear English
- A second language (Mandarin, Cantonese, Punjabi, Korean or others) is a plus
