Duties include but not limited to:
- Provide clients House insurance / Condo insurance quotation
- Process renewal and payments
- Follow up with client enquiries, requests, and any outstanding activities in a timely and professional manner
- Process ICBC transactions
- Assist others as needed and perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years experience
- Insurance Broker Level 2 license required
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to multi-task
- Knowledge of Applied system
- Proficient with MS Office
