Our UBC office is looking for a PART TIME or FULL TIME experienced Personal Lines & Autoplan Agent to join our Team!!

Duties & Responsibility
- Responsible to help with ICBC walk-in clients, ICBC Batching and Stock Orders
- Manage a book of business and strong client relationships through contact via phone, letters and emails
- Manage and process policy renewals on a timely basis and maintain high levels of client retention
- Provide insurance quotations by engaging with clients to determine their needs and provide expert advise to ensure the best coverage for them
- Support clients with their Claims Process
- Assist other staff as needed and perform other duties as required
Qualifications
- Must have a Level 1 license (Level 2 license is an asset) and minimum of 6 Months working experience
- Must be Fluent in English and be able to speak/communicate in Mandarin Chinese
- Excellent customer service and sales skills with good verbal and written communication
- Strong time management skills and the ability to multi-task
- Experience and working knowledge with Microsoft Office (Word/Excel)
- Experience and working knowledge with various insurance company broker portals for policy inquiries & quoting
- Working knowledge with Power Broker and Applied Rating is an asset
- Flexible schedule
