Autoplan and Personal Lines CSR

Our UBC office is looking for a PART TIME ICBC Autoplan Agent with Personal Lines experience to join our Team!!

Duties & Responsibility

  • Responsible to help with ICBC walk-in clients, ICBC Batching and Stock Orders
  • Manage a book of business and strong client relationships through contact via phone, letters and emails
  • Manage and process policy renewals on a timely basis and maintain high levels of client retention
  • Provide insurance quotations by engaging with clients to determine their needs and provide expert advise to ensure the best coverage for them
  • Support clients with their Claims Process
  • Assist other staff as needed and perform other duties as required

Qualifications 

  • Must have a Level 1 license (Level 2 license is an asset) and minimum of 6 Months working experience
  • Must be Fluent in English and be able to speak/communicate in Mandarin Chinese
  • Excellent customer service and sales skills with good verbal and written communication
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to multi-task
  • Experience and working knowledge with Microsoft Office (Word/Excel)
  • Experience and working knowledge with various insurance company broker portals for policy inquiries & quoting
  • Working knowledge with Power Broker and Applied Rating is an asset
  • Flexible schedule
