Auto Insurance Advisor - South Surrey area


  • Provide excellent customer service to our clients
  • Autoplan, private auto, travel Insurance
  • Batching, inventory control
  • Reception and administrative duties as assigned
  • Respond to client inquiries via phone, email and walk ins
  • Maintain auto renewals including auto renewal calls
  • Set up new customers into our Broker Management System
  • Data downloading from company portals and invoicing
  • Keep detailed notes in our Broker Management System
  • Cross sell and obtain expiry dates for Personal Lines business
  • Follow company procedures as provided

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Minimum Level 1 License with at least 6 months ICBC experience
  • Good understanding and ability to navigate in ICBC Policy Center
  • Excellent communication, both written and verbal
  • Strong organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong & enthusiastic customer service skills
  • Solid team player who also works well independently
  • Positive attitude & manners
  • Ability to multitask 
  • Good computer skills
