Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to our clients
- Autoplan, private auto, travel Insurance
- Batching, inventory control
- Reception and administrative duties as assigned
- Respond to client inquiries via phone, email and walk ins
- Maintain auto renewals including auto renewal calls
- Set up new customers into our Broker Management System
- Data downloading from company portals and invoicing
- Keep detailed notes in our Broker Management System
- Cross sell and obtain expiry dates for Personal Lines business
- Follow company procedures as provided

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Minimum Level 1 License with at least 6 months ICBC experience
- Good understanding and ability to navigate in ICBC Policy Center
- Excellent communication, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills
- Strong & enthusiastic customer service skills
- Solid team player who also works well independently
- Positive attitude & manners
- Ability to multitask
- Good computer skills
