Commercial Case Manager

As the Commercial Case Manager, you will be tasked with meeting the demands of two offices, Cascade (Langley) and Cascade (Surrey), with flexibility to work from home. 



  • Assisting Account Executives to market various commercial risks
  • Occasionally attend client meetings and presentations
  • Answer client calls and emails regarding insurance coverage and provide advice
  • Review insurance applications and issuing new policies
  • Processing policies (invoicing, letters, etc.)
  • Assistance with renewals, endorsements, cancellations etc.
  • Support and oversee a number of Commercial Programs
  • Liaise with insurance underwriters



  • Minimum 2 years Commercial Lines experience
  • Solid team player with strong communication skills
  • Leadership skills would be considered an asset
  • Excellent interpersonal skills / customer service oriented
  • Detail oriented
  • Tech Savvy
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
  • Proficient working with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
  • Experience working with TAM or other similar broker management systems is an asset
  • Level 1 General Insurance License acceptable but Level 2 would be preferred or working towards this
