Community Insurance Services has been operating for over 40 years and is based in Burnaby with 2 offices in the Metrotown area.
The Personal Lines Supervisor will be involved in all aspects of personal lines and customer service from new business quoting, renewals, and endorsements to training junior team members. The incumbent will also assist with ICBC autoplan customers as required.
QUALIFICATIONS:
-Level II
-3+ years of related personal lines experience.
-Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
-Strong organization skills with ability to multi-task.
-Customer service focused
-Strong personal lines product knowledge
-Proficient with MS Office
