Knowledge, Skills & Abilities required:
- Six months of office or customer service experience preferred
- Strong organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Able to work evenings and weekends
Your responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to our walk-in clients
- Process over the phone/email Autoplan transactions
- Process Autoplan renewals, endorsements, new business, and quotes
- self-motivated and able to work independently in busy office
- Ensure control of ICBC inventory and correct handling of all documents and funds
- Process Travel policies
