Insurance Advisor

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities required: 

  • Six months of office or customer service experience preferred 
  • Strong organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills 
  • Good verbal and written communication skills 
  • Able to work evenings and weekends 

Your responsibilities: 

  • Provide excellent customer service to our walk-in clients 
  • Process over the phone/email Autoplan transactions 
  • Process Autoplan renewals, endorsements, new business, and quotes 
  • self-motivated and able to work independently in busy office
  • Ensure control of ICBC inventory and correct handling of all documents and funds 
  • Process Travel policies
