Opportunity

We are looking for a Full-Time or Part-time, auto and Personal Lines Advisor for our Office with a minimum of experience to assist our existing business, The Applicant shows enthusiasm, confidence, and active attention to play various roles and coordinate to adopt the Team’s experience to provide excellent services to office clients. We offer training and development opportunities to achieve career advancement and growth and become a successful upsell candidate with the ability to maintain positive working relationships after joining our great team.

Responsibilities

  • Offer and provide excellent customer service to our valued customers,
  • Assisting walk-in customers with the help of our Experienced Team,
  • Handling ICBC transactions, learning Auto plan and Personal line,
  • Monitoring, processing, and follow-up existing business office criteria,
  • Observe the office atmosphere and learn all aspects of daily business activities,

 Required Skills:

-An active Level 1 or 2 general insurance license. (Minimum Experience),

-Willing to pursue upgrate education to Level 2,

-A positive attitude and excellent organizational skills to handle multiple tasks in an efficient manner,

-Strong computer skills and proficient knowledge of MS Office, Excel,

-Proficiency in English and (Punjabi language is an asset),

-Solid skill in communication skills verbal and written,

-Must be able to work independently,

-Flexible in job duties
